On this Saturday, September 11, from 9:00 till 13:00 information event devoted to safe tourism in mountain regions in summer-autumn and winter-spring seasons and establishment of International Training Center for rescuers under the project of Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020 “Adaptation of the former observatory on Mountain Pip Ivan to the needs of the high-altitude rescue training center (PIMReC)” will be held.
The PIMReC Project Info Day will be held on the Wyżniański Pass (near the town Wetlina, Poland).
Participants of the meeting will get to know about the main rules for behaviour in case of emergency situations, principles of arrangement and conducting of mountain hiking, as well as following main safety rules for tourists in the mountains. Special for this purpose, project coordinators prepared special leaflets “Safety in the mountains”.
