Round table for tourist organizations was held within PIMReC project
On February 20 within the project entitled “Adaptation of the former observatory on the Pip Ivan Mountain for the needs of the Mountain Rescue Training Center” (PIMReC) at the Precarpathian national University in Ivano-Frankivsk a round table was held. During the event for various tourist companies and organizations in Ivano-Frankivsk region the importance of implementing the PIMReC project for improving the safety tourism and cross-border territories in the Carpathian Mountains was presented.

TRAINING CANCELED
Due to the spread of COVID-19, all trainings for rescuers and events within PIMReC project scheduled for April postpone.
We will inform you about the new dates as soon as the situation stabilizes, and we will be able to make appropriate decisions.
Joint Polish-Ukrainian mountain rescue services training have begun
On December 12-14, 2019, in Wetlina (Poland), 10 Ukrainian rescuers from the Pip Ivan Mountain Rescue team (Department of State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Ivano-Frankivsk region) and 10 Polish rescuers from Mountain Volunteer Search and Rescue Bieszczady Group (GOPR Bieszczady) participated in common training.
