• Installation of immobile working platforms for restoration works at the axes 1-8
• Installation of the rolled material roof on the top of the meteo station 
• Plastering inside the building
• Heat insulation of the outside walls from the 2^nd floor inside
• Installation of the window blocks
• Installation of the intermediate ceiling at the 1^st floor
• Restoration works at the front side of the observatory building
• Integral waterproofing of the concrete and plastered walls with aqueuos solution
